1. Deposit Payment: Payment within 5 days of the availability confirmation.
2. Full Payment: Completed only once (for each booking) and not repeated when paying the balance.

Cancellation Policy

• Before & on 31/01/2025: Full refund
• 01/02/2025 - 28/02/2025: One-night cancellation fee
• 01/03/2025 & onwards: No refund

For written cancellations of rooms sent to Conferre S.A.:

• All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to Conferre S.A.
• Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
• Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.

In case of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the room, and the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
