Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 30% of payment will be refunded before March 14, 2025
- No refund will be made for the cancellation made on and after March 15, 2025
- All cancellation refunds will be made after the congress

Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter
A customized invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed registration that has been paid in full.
The letter is intended to help delegates obtain a visa but does not imply that IVD will provide financial support.
In case of a visa request rejection, the ESCVS will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.

If you are presenting any scientific material or you need a VISA for attending the conference, please email to secretariat@conferre.gr the following information:
- Message subject: " ESCVS2025: Request for Invitation letter".
- (in written) Name, date of birth, passport number, date of expiry and country of citizenship as they appear on your passport.
- Copy of your passport.
We will send you your VISA support letter as a pdf via e-mail.
